United Dance Center (Under Construction)

United Dance Center was started by a High School and Collegiate level dance competitor. Her idea of opening a dance studio in her basement blossomed and brought much success. With an overload of waitlists of young dancers, her basement wasn’t big enough to accommodate her growing business. She needed a new building. First Capital was able to help her structure an SBA loan with a great rate and finance the construction of a new dance studio in Saratoga Springs, UT. They are extremely excited for completion and to be able to open those waitlists. What better story than the classic ‘built out of their own garage’.
